THE Senior Staff Association of Electricity and Allied Companies (SSAEAC) have declared that the negotiation between the Federal Government and the workers of Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) on December 12, 2012 was carried out in good faith.
SSAEAC’s President, Bede Opara said this in a statement made available to journalists on Sunday, in Lagos.
The statement jointly signed by the president and general secretary explained how some enemies of PHCN are trying to denigrate the workers and incite the public against the workers in their legitimate pursuit of getting their terminal benefits from PHCN.
He said “the negotiation between the Federal Government and the workers of Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) on December 12, 2012 was carried out in good faith having considered the interests of the nation and those of our members in this matter”.
